'Red Shirt' (42cm x 36cm x 9cm) - 2005 - A present from my father and I to mum, a bronze of her treasured 'Red'
| “I like the immediacy of working in either wax or clay. When making a sculpture I like to have the contrast of energetic, quickly worked areas, showing finger and thumb marks, with areas that are modelled in detail. I do think it is important for the viewer’s imagination to fill in some of the details.” |
